The body of a Bangladeshi youth was recovered from Rahimpur area of ​​Comilla’s Brahmanpara upazila near the Indian border. His name is Tushar Khan. He is the son of Muslim Khan of Raninagar village in Naogaon district. He died on a visit to his mother-in-law’s house at Brahmanpara Shasidal in Comilla.

Naib Subedar Abdul Khalek, BGB commander of Shasidal BOP of Brahmanpara, confirmed this information on Friday afternoon and said that an Indian citizen on his way home after offering Fajr prayers on Thursday morning saw an unidentified young man lying on the border and informed the imam of the mosque. Later the locals informed the matter to BGB. On receiving the news, members of Shasidal BOP of BGB went to the spot and saw the young man lying on the Indian side. BSF also reached the spot after receiving the information. At that time, BGB-BSF held round-by-round discussions to confirm the nationality of the unidentified youth. Due to lack of agreement between BGB and BSF, it was not possible to bring the youth to Bangladesh on time.

On Thursday afternoon, Asma Begum, the young man’s aunt saw the young man’s picture on Facebook and told the BGB, and after a meeting with the BSF, the body of the young man was brought to Bangladesh.

Dr. Brahmanpara Upazila Health Complex medical officer. Kazi Tanveer Absal said, on Thursday at 4:15 pm, he came to the spot and did the preliminary examination and found the young man dead. There are injury marks on the body of the deceased.

The young man’s mother-in-law Asma Begum said that after hearing the news of her husband’s illness, nephew Tushar Khan came to visit Comilla Sadar Hospital on Wednesday. Later, from the hospital, he went to his mother-in-law’s house in Shasidal, Brahmanpara. The in-laws searched in different places without finding any trace of Tushar since Thursday morning. Later, after seeing the picture of unidentified Tushar on Facebook, Asma Begum informed the BJP about the matter.
