Although it may sound unbelievable, recently such an incident has come to light from Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh. According to sources, some workers went to repair an old house in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh. While digging there, they noticed that there are several gold items buried under the ground.

The current market value of that gold in archaeological judgment is estimated to be around 1 crore 25 lakhs. The workers also recovered old gold jewelery and a metal urn containing a large amount of gold from the place.

Superintendent of Police Devendra Patidar of the local police station said that the workers found this huge amount of gold while repairing the old dilapidated house. But they shared the gold among themselves without informing the owner of the house. A few days after the incident, one of the workers, in a drunken state, admitted that the incident was true.

Besides, the worker also said that he got 56 thousand rupees by selling a gold coin of his share. He also bought an old mobile phone with that money. The worker had no idea that what they had done would be revealed to the police. As soon as this incident came to light, the police arrested the worker along with the rest of the workers. The land around the house is also being excavated with the help of archaeologists.
