Reality TV star Kim Kardashian is set to launch a privately held firm. He co-founded the firm with a former partner at investment firm Carlyle Group. Kim recently said in a tweet that they will look at investing in consumer and media businesses through the firm.

Ms Kardashian will reportedly serve as a co-founder and co-managing partner.
Jay Sammons, on the other hand, will manage the day-to-day operations of the firm. Ms Kardashian’s mother Kris Jenner will also become a partner in the firm.
In a tweet yesterday (Sept 7), Kim wrote, ‘We look forward to using our complementary skills together to create the next generation of consumer and media privately owned firms. ‘

His business partner Mr. Sammons is the former global head of consumer, media and retail at American multinational investment firm Carlyle Group. He is a well-known person in the business world.

Reality star Kim, who rose to fame after her family show ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’, has also seen success as an entrepreneur in recent years. According to a Forbes report, his net worth is $1.8 billion.
He launched a ‘Shapeware Level Scheme’ in 2019. Its market cap was estimated at $3.2 billion in January, according to the Wall Street Journal. The entrepreneur also launched a skin care brand called ‘SKKN by Kim’ earlier this year.
The 41-year-old actress is set to become the latest star to launch a firm through personal ownership and venture capital, following in the footsteps of the likes of Jeoneth Paltrow, Leonardo DiCaprio and Ashton Kutcher.
