Sunscreen is used to protect the skin from the harmful rays of the sun during summer, but we do not pay attention to the eyes. In addition to the damage caused by UV rays, eye allergies can be exacerbated during periods of intense heat. Excessive temperature and pollution are one of the reasons. Due to this, the eyes become itchy and red. Even if you go to the sun, the eyes get irritated.
The problem of continuous water shedding is more common in summer. The eyes become red, itchy and watery. Eyelids are swollen, red and painful. These are usually caused by bacterial infections. Dryness of tears is a big problem at this time.
What to do to remedy

There is no substitute for sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun. Always wear sunglasses when going out. It will protect the eyes from the UV rays of the sun.

Get six to eight hours of sleep to rest your eyes.

Clean the eyes with clear cold water several times a day. You can even sprinkle water on your eyes. It will clean the eye dirt from inside.

You can keep thinly sliced cucumber slices on the eyes for a while. This will help keep your eyes cool.

Include green vegetables, fruits, carrots, liver and nuts in your daily diet.
