Similarly, the IDF launched an attack from Wednesday afternoon. Gallant said the attacks are targeting at least 40 Hezbollah bases in southern Lebanon. Half of the leaders of the militant organization were killed during the attack. The rest of the leaders are hiding in secret hideouts. The Israeli minister said that the attack was mainly carried out by fighter jets in the air. However, there is no detailed information about whether the Israeli army crossed the border and entered Lebanon. Gallant did not want to say anything about where the Hezbollah leaders are hiding.
On the other hand, Lebanon has informed that at least 13 missiles launched by Israel have hit several cities in the country. However, it is not yet known if any damage has been caused due to this attack. It should be noted that Hezbollah fired dozens of missiles at the Israeli army headquarters on Monday night. Tel Aviv responded with a stronger response.
