It is normal for the electricity bill to increase during summer. And this time the local electricity office kept complaining about it. Again, the incident of vandalism in the electricity office due to load shedding is not new. Therefore, because the bill is high, the electricity office worker has to be killed? This is what happened recently in Maharashtra, India.

A woman employee of the concerned department of the state was hacked to death with a sharp weapon due to high electricity bill. In the meantime, the accused youth has been arrested by the police.

According to police sources, the incident happened in Pune district of Maharashtra. 26-year-old Rinku Thete was killed. He was working as a technician in Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL). And he was killed by a 33-year-old youth named Abhijit Pote.

Abhijit entered the office on Wednesday (April 24) morning and suddenly attacked Rinku. He hit the woman with a sharp weapon. Rinku was seriously injured and was taken to hospital where he died. But why did Abhijit kill like this?

It is known that last month Abhijit received an additional electricity bill of 570 rupees. He went to the electricity office and complained and complained about the matter. But he claimed that even after complaining, the concerned authorities did not take any action. And Abhijit got angry at that.

The young man attacked Rinku Thit after entering the electricity office on Wednesday. But Rinku knew nothing about Abhijeet’s complaint. He joined the service after ten days leave.
