SSC result candidate died of heat stroke in Begamganj, Noakhali

A student died of heat stroke in Begamganj of Noakhali. Deceased Ritu Sultana (15) is the daughter of Md. Ismail of Kabiraj Bari, Sadari village, Ward No. 8, Chichani Union of Upazila. He was aspirant of SSC result this year from local Chishani High School.
Monir Hossain, an agriculture teacher at Chaishani High School, confirmed the matter by phone around 10:15 am on Thursday. Before this, the incident took place at Kabiraj house of Sadari village of Ward No. 8 of Chaishani Union of the upazila around 2:30 am on Wednesday.
The victim’s father Ismail said that Routu fell seriously ill around 2.30 am on Wednesday. At one point he called a local village doctor and brought him home. Later, the village doctor assumed that he had died of heat stroke in the extreme heat.

Teacher Monir Hossain said that the death of Ritu has cast a shadow of mourning on the area. She gave her SSC exam this year from science department of Sishani High School. His classmates and teachers rushed to his house on the news of his death. The family cannot accept his death in any way.

Noakhali Civil Surgeon Dr. Masum Iftekhar was called several times to find out about this, but his phone was not connected.
