He was arrested by the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) Metro Unit from Mozaffar Nagar area under Bayezid Bostami Police Station in the city around 11:30 am on Thursday (April 25). Three of the nine accused in the case were arrested.

Earlier, on the night of December 25, the accused Jasim Uddin from Rahattalpool area of ​​Baklia police station and the accused Md. from Chawkbazar area of ​​the city on February 12. Lytton was arrested.

The defendants in the case are – Chandgaon Police Station OC Md. Khairul Islam, ASI Md. Yusuf, ASI Sohail Rana, Inspector (Investigation) Md. Mobinul Haque, SM Asaduzzaman (52), a resident of Chandgaon Thana area, Md. Jasim Uddin, Md. Litton, Ronnie Akhtar Tania (26) and Kali Akhtar (19).
