Wife unconscious after being slapped, husband commits suicide thinking he is dead

A man slapped his wife during an argument. His wife lost consciousness due to that injury. The man thinks his wife is dead. He got scared. Then he committed suicide without thinking about anything.

This terrible incident happened in Thiruananthapuram, Kerala state of India. Prijeet used to work as a daily labourer. They have a three-year-old son. An unusual death case has been registered in the incident.

The police said that the person’s name is Preejeet. He returned home drunk on Tuesday night. Then his wife Sincina quarreled about it. A heated argument started between the husband and wife.

Prejeet suddenly slapped his wife in anger. And at that Cincina fell on the floor losing consciousness. Preejeet tries to wake him up. But he got scared because he did not get any response from his wife.

Sinsna told the police that after regaining consciousness, he found Preejeet hanging by a rope. He shouted to the neighbors. Preejeet was quickly rescued and taken to the hospital. But doctors declared him dead.

Local residents said that Prejeet sometimes returned home drunk. There was a problem with his wife about it. He returned home drunk on Tuesday. Prejeet gets angry as his wife insults him. He slapped his wife in anger. Then he committed suicide.
