Own Correspondent: The board meeting of 13 companies listed in the stock market will be held on Thursday (April 25). In the meeting, the companies will review the audited and unaudited financial reports and declare the dividend and EPS. DSE and Lankabangla Analysis Portal sources have informed this information.
The companies are – Al Arafa Islami Bank, Global Islami Bank, Union Bank, Nettle Insurance, Runner Auto, Intake, JMI Syringe, Powergrid, Renwick Yazenshwar and Reckitt Benckiser.
Among the companies, Al Arafa Islami Bank, Global Islami Bank, Union Bank and Nettle Insurance will announce dividends to shareholders after reviewing their audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023.
On the other hand, Global Islami Bank, Union Bank, Nettle Insurance, Runner Auto, Intake, JMI Syringe, Powergrid, Renwick Yajenswar and Reckitt Benckiser will release their unaudited quarterly reports for the period January-March’24.
It is to be noted that Global Islami Bank, Union Bank and Nettle Insurance will announce the dividend for the financial year 2023 and publish the financial report of the first quarter of the financial year 2024 in the same meeting.
