The family claims that the student died of heatstroke

North South University student Istiaq Waresh Turya has passed away. He died on Tuesday (April 23) night. His village home is in Kazipur of Sirajganj.

Istiaq Waresh Turya is the only son of Professor Wahiduzzaman Minu, Environment Affairs Secretary of Sirajganj District BNP and former Member Secretary of Kazipur Upazila BNP.

Today, April 24 (Wednesday), his body was buried in the Rahmatganj cemetery of the municipal area after the funeral at Sirajganj Aliya Madrasa ground.

Family members claimed that Istiaq Waresh Turya died of heatstroke due to intense heat wave.

District BNP leaders expressed deep grief by posting about his death on Facebook. District BNP President Romana Mahmud, General Secretary Saidur Rahman Bachchu, Organizing Secretary Mirza Mostafa Zaman etc. expressed deep grief claiming that he died of heat stroke.

Ishtiaq Waresh Turya was a final year student of the 202nd batch of Finance Department of North South University. He lived in Bashundhara residential area.
