National Institute of Laboratory Medicine and Referral Center and former director of infectious diseases of the Department of Health Professor Dr. Shamsuzzaman Toshar’s third death anniversary today. He died on this day (April 23) of 2021 while undergoing treatment due to corona. He led from the front in the fight against Covid-19.

Toshar sir took the responsibility of solving the corona test for the passengers going abroad during the corona period. 1.5 lakh covid tests have been conducted by this institution, which is the highest in the country.
Despite Sir’s chronic illness, he has been working like a fearless warrior during the Corona period when many were doing home office. He worked day and night showing extra courage to keep the employees motivated.
