Lotus gold price in the country market. The price of good quality or 22 carat gold has been reduced by Tk 3 thousand 138. Now the price of gold has been reduced to 1 lakh 16 thousand 290 taka per this standard. Earlier, the price of 22 carat gold was Tk 1 lakh 19 thousand 428.
This information was informed in a press release signed by Masudur Rahman, chairman of the Price Determination and Price Monitoring Standing Committee of Bangladesh Jewelers Association (BAJUS) on Tuesday.
According to Bajus, the price of acid gold has decreased in the local market. The new price of gold is fixed keeping in view the overall situation. The new price will be effective from 4 pm today.
According to the new prices, the price of 21 carat gold will be Tk 1 lakh 10 thousand 995, the price of 18 carat gold will be Tk 95 thousand 143 and the price of traditional gold will be Tk 76 thousand 586.
The price of gold has been increased but the price of silver has been kept unchanged. Currently, 22 carats are being sold at Tk 2,100 each, 21 carat at Tk 2,6, 18 carat at Tk 1,715 and traditional method at Tk 1,283.
Earlier, Bajus had increased the price of gold on 6th, 8th and 18th of this month. Out of this, on April 6, each ration was increased by Tk 1,750, on April 8, it was increased by Tk 1,750 and on April 18, it was increased by Tk 2,650. Later on April 20, 840 rupees were reduced per bari gold. A day later on April 21, the price was increased by Tk 630 per load.
