Meanwhile, Gazipur Metropolitan Police Sadar Thana Police and Tourist Police teams are at the spot. After the police forensic team collects the information, a veterinary surgeon and a veterinary surgeon from the University of Agriculture will jointly conduct a post-mortem. After the post-mortem, the elephant was buried in the Ghazari forest nearby. Veterinary surgeon Mostafizur Rahman said the elephant died due to liver dysfunction.
