4 members of the same family including mother and daughter came back as dead bodies while going to the doctor

Four people, including a mother and daughter, were killed in a bus accident at Daudkandi in Comilla on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway. The accident took place at Raipur Malikhil area of ​​the highway at 7:30 on Monday (April 22). Daudkandi Highway Police Station SI Md. Abu Salim Reza confirmed this.

The deceased in the accident are Dilbar Nesha (65), wife of Shah Jalal of Kadmatoli village of Titas Upazila, Shahinur Begum, wife of Safiq Mia, a resident of Darikandi village, died on the spot. Shaheenur Begum’s daughter Saima (5) and daughter Raicha (2) died after being taken to Gouripur Health Complex.

Grandfather Rashid Molla faints after losing two granddaughters Saima and Raisa. He said, my younger son’s wife went to Comilla on Monday morning to see the doctor for her grandchildren along with her mother. And at night he returned as a corpse.

SI Md. Abu Salim Reza said that two people died on the spot in the Dhaka-bound bus. Two children died after being taken to the hospital. However, it is not known which bus caused the accident. The bodies are in police custody. The process of handing over the body to the family is ongoing.

Meanwhile, Daudkandi Upazila Executive Officer Muhammad Arfatul Alam went to the hospital after receiving the news of the accident. He said that the highway police has been asked to quickly identify the bus and the driver and bring them under the law.
