Kolkata: In the midst of the IPL, the Indian T20 World Cup team is being discussed. There are different opinions about which cricketer will get the opportunity to board the plane of West Indies and America. In the meantime, India’s former star opener Virender Sewag burst a kind of bomb. Two superstars have been left out of the best XI of India’s T20 World Cup made by their own choice.
Speaking on the Club Prairie Fire podcast, Virender Sehwag named India’s possible squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup. While Sewag did not keep star all-rounder and current captain of Mumbai Indians Hardik Pandya in the first eleven. Hardik Pandya is not in the best form in IPL this time. Just as Kamal is not able to show perfection with the bat-ball, he is also not successful as a captain. Sewag kept Hardik in the 15-man team despite not keeping him in the possible eleven.
Not only has Virender Sehwag kept Hardik Pandya out of India’s possible XI for the T20 World Cup, KL Rahul and Arshdeep Singh have also been left out of the team. Sewag prefers Kohli with Rohit in the opening. In the middle order, Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Rishabh Pant. Sewag prefers Shivam Dube or Rinku Singh in the lower middle order. Besides, Sewag’s team includes Ravindra Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj and Sandeep Sharma. Veeru surprised the pace bowling attack by keeping Sandeep Sharma.
