Dhaka: The temperature of two parts of the country may decrease Elsewhere the temperature will remain unchanged. Meanwhile, rainfall may occur in three categories.
The Meteorological Office has made such a forecast on Sunday (April 21).
Meteorologist Md. Shahinul Islam said that the low pressure area is located in West Bengal and adjoining areas.
On Monday (April 22), Mymensingh, Sylhet and Chittagong divisions may experience temporary gusty/gusty winds with rain/thundershowers. Along with that there may be scattered hailstorm at some places. Elsewhere in the country, the weather will remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky.
Very strong runoff is flowing over Pabna and Chuadanga districts. Intense heatwave is sweeping over Rajshahi, Tangail, Jessore and Kushtia districts. Mild to moderate heat flow over the remainder of Dhaka, Rajshahi and Phulna divisions including Srimangal and Chandpur districts and Rangpur, Mymensingh and Barisal divisions and may persist.
Day temperature may decrease slightly in Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions and remain almost unchanged elsewhere. Night temperatures across the country are likely to remain almost unchanged. Excess water vapor may cause discomfort.
On Tuesday (April 23) two or two places in Sylhet division may receive temporary gusty/gusty winds with rain/thundershowers. Along with that there may be scattered hailstorm at some places. Elsewhere in the country, the weather will remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky.
The existing heat flow may continue. Day and night temperatures may remain almost unchanged across the country. Excess water vapor may cause discomfort.
Wednesday (April 24) will be mainly dry with partly cloudy skies. The existing heat flow may continue.
Day and night temperatures may remain almost unchanged across the country. Excess water vapor may cause discomfort.
No significant change in weather conditions is expected in the extended five days.
