‘Nirvana’ at the Moscow festival, Archie spread ‘fascination’ in a saree on the red carpet

Bangladeshi movie ‘Nirban’ is competing in the 46th Moscow International Film Festival.

‘Nirban’ director Asif Islam and actress Priyam Archi were present at the inaugural function of the festival which started on Friday. The producer-actress also walked the red carpet. Later they faced the journalists.

Recounting that experience to Glitz, Asif said, “It’s a great experience for us. I am happy and proud to come to such a big festival with Bangladesh. Not only that, it is also a pleasure that our film will compete with films from such a big country.”

Archie’s saree on the red carpet caught the attention of many, actress Archie said, “I became the center of attention because of wearing a saree! They were talking, praising, taking pictures. But everyone was thinking Indian first, the whole evening went to correct it. And a lot of cold! With rain. I am happy to be present at such an event.”

The premiere of this movie will be on Monday.

Asif produced ‘Nirban’ based on the story and screenplay of Anwar Hossain Hossain. Commenting on the story of the movie, the director said, “’Nirvana is a poetic exploration of human emotions. It is a picture of three people’s extraordinary journey to find peace. “

Fatema Tuz Zohra, Imran Mahathi and others also acted in the movie.

Earlier, Yuvraj Shamim’s ‘Adeem’ in the 44th edition of the festival and Nurul Alam Atiq’s ‘Guava Fragrance’ in the 45th edition were selected and screened at the festival.
