Shabiprabi (Sylhet): The admission test of 24 universities under general, science and technology clusters will start from next Saturday (April 27). The examination of the first year ‘A’ unit of the academic year 2023-24 will be held at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (Shabiprabi) as the regional centre.
University authorities are ready to prevent digital fraud by completing all the preparations to complete the examination properly.
On Friday (April 26) evening, the matter was confirmed by the member secretary of Shabiprobi center for batch admission test. Md. Abu Saeed Arefin Khan.
He told BanglaNews that all preparations have been made for the admission test of the ‘A’ unit of the group. The seat plan has already been prepared. Members of law and order forces are working to prevent fraud in the admission test.
Abu Saeed Arefin Khan said, “We have written to the police administration to take order and security measures, to the traffic police to decongest the traffic, to the electricity office for round-the-clock electricity.” Besides, for the sake of security, the Proctoral Body of our University will keep a watchful eye at all times. 100% security will be maintained in the centers during the examination.
Shabi Prabi Vice-Chancellor Professor Farid Uddin Ahmed told BanglaNews that all our preparations have been completed to complete the examination smoothly and beautifully. Last time too, all the admission tests of the batch were successfully completed under our leadership. No inconsistencies were found anywhere. All arrangements have been made so that the students can take the exam in a beautiful environment.
Meanwhile, this year’s admission test will begin with the science faculty ‘A’ unit exam next Saturday. Practical (drawing) examination will be held for the admission of architecture department from 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm on this day. After that, the admission test will be held on Friday (May 3) for humanities faculty ‘B’ unit and commerce faculty ‘C’ unit on Friday (May 10).
