At two places in Chittagong and Sylhet divisions, there may be temporary rain or thundershower with gusty winds and scattered hailstones at some places. Elsewhere in the country, the weather will remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky.
Khulna division including Dinajpur, Nilphamari, Rajshahi, Pabna, Faridpur and Gopalganj districts are experiencing severe heat waves. Mild to moderate heat wave is prevailing over Barisal division including Mymensingh, Moulvibazar, Rangamati, Chandpur, Noakhali, Feni and Bandarban districts and remainder of Rangpur, Rajshahi and Dhaka divisions and may persist.
Day and night temperatures may remain almost unchanged across the country. Excess water vapor may cause discomfort.
