The Zimbabwe Cricket Board has announced the final squad for the upcoming five-match Twenty20 series against Bangladesh. One of the new faces in the 15-man squad is Jonathan Campbell. Sikandar Raja led the party.
Today Wednesday (April 24) in a notification, the Bangladesh series team announced Zimbabwe. The African country has formed a team with the best experienced cricketers.
Along with Sikandar Raja, there are cricketers like Ryan Berl, Craig Irvine, Blessing Mujarabani, Sean Williams, Richard Ngarava.
Bangladesh will play five T20 matches against Zimbabwe in Dhaka and Chittagong. Zimbabwe is supposed to reach Bangladesh this month. The first T20I will start on May 3 at Zahoor Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong. The second and third T20 will be held at the same venue on May 5 and 7.
The 4th and 5th T20I will be held at Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on May 10 and 12.
Zimbabwe Squad: Sikandar Raja (captain), Faraj Akram, Bennett Bryan, Ryan Burl, Jonathan Campbell, Craig Irvine, Jaylord Gambi, Luke Jongwe, Clive Madande, Tadiwanashe Marumani, Wellington Masakadza, Blessing Mujarabani, Ainsley Andlovu, Richard Ngarava and Sean Williams.
