On the contrary, it is getting hotter day by day. In such a situation, the devout worshipers of Faridpur’s Saltha offered Istiska prayers in the hope of rain.
This prayer was performed in the crop field adjacent to the model mosque of the upazila on Wednesday (April 24) around 11 am to get rid of the heat and for the rain of Allah’s mercy. Hundreds of worshipers participated in this in different areas of the upazila.
At the end of the prayer, asking for God’s mercy and praying for relief from heat and rain. At this time, the worshipers cried and raised their hands in front of Allah and prayed for rain in Saltha and the whole of Bangladesh.
Imam Mufti Rabiul Islam of Upazila Model Mosque conducted this special prayer and prayer.
Mufti Rabiul Islam, who led the prayers, said that to get relief from the condition of drought or heat, one has to repent to Allah Ta’ala and pray two rakats of Nafal prayers and pray for rain. This prayer is called Istiska prayer. We read it.
