Doctors have said that you should be careful with water at this time. Many people in Dhaka city drink water directly from wasar pipes without purifying the water. People may feel irritable, become unnecessarily angry at someone, talk irrationally, and even become delirious before heatstroke due to excessive heat. Talk can get involved. The person may start speaking incoherently. Heatstroke can be preceded by muscle aches, although people often ignore this as a simple ache. Heatstroke can be preceded by weakness and fainting at the same time. Dr. Syed Amirul Islam also said that the overheated body works more than normal. Fatigue and more weakness may develop in the body.
Another symptom of heatstroke is not sweating even in extreme heat. If this is the case, it means that there is no water left in the body to sweat or the body’s natural cooling mechanism does not work.
Heat alert issued for 3 more days: Severe heatwave is sweeping over most of the country’s districts. Meteorologists believe that a new heat alert may be issued in the last week of April.

He died in the night while undergoing treatment at Barisal Sherebangla Medical College Hospital.
Jamalpur representative said that a chilli trader named Golam Rabbani died of heatstroke in Jamalpur’s Islampur. The incident took place at Foliamari village of Chinaduli Union of the upazila at around 11 o’clock on Tuesday. Ghulam Rabbani suddenly fell ill in extreme heat.
