Own Correspondent: Allama Siddiqui, High Commissioner of Bangladesh appointed to Australia and a delegation of Australia Bangladesh Business Forum held a meeting with Commerce State Minister Ahsanul Islam Titu on Monday (April 22).
In the meeting held at the State Minister’s office in Dhaka, the State Minister was informed about the successful completion of the two-day trade fair, Australia-Bangladesh Business Expo Sydney Australia 2024 to be held in Sydney on October 3 and 4.
The Minister of State expressed his strong opinion that the potential and success of the Single Country Fair to expand bilateral trade between Australia and Bangladesh will further strengthen the commercial relationship between the two countries.
In the meeting, he said that the Ministry of Commerce and the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) under the Ministry of Commerce will provide full support to the trade fair.
Australia-Bangladesh Business Forum President Abdul Khan Ratan, Director Mozzamel Haque Babu and Director Shafiq Sheikh were present in the meeting along with various officials of the Ministry of Commerce and EPB.
