I am keeping a close eye on how this law will be implemented in India. Religious freedom and equality of all communities are among the fundamental rights of democracy.” However, in response to this comment of America, India said that America is giving such unreasonable messages based on wrong information. Union Home Minister Amit Shah also said that Indian Muslims will not lose their citizenship as a result of CAA.

Not only the CAA, the report also mentions the NRC. The report said, “Six religious refugees from three countries will be granted citizenship, but the names of Muslims are not in that list. Due to such a position, the ideal of religious neutrality as stated in the Indian Constitution will be undermined. The decision to implement the CAA just before the Lok Sabha elections is mentioned in the report as political.
It is also said that the CAA has been created to protect certain religions. CAA and NRC together will make India a Hindu state. Other religions will become second class citizens.
