Year 2002 Vidya married Arvind Singh Bagga. Arvind was a pilot. After a year of marriage, the actress’s husband died in a plane crash. Vidya could not accept her husband’s death in any way.
Decided to kill himself. At one point, Vidya started taking sleeping pills regularly. Gradually his health started deteriorating.
Vidya said, ‘After the death of my husband, I went into depression. I thought husband can’t come to me. But, I can go to him. I brought sleeping pills from medical. My father saw me taking sleeping pills. After that there is no decision, I will not trouble my parents anymore. I will take care of myself.’
Vidya decided to get married again after almost 9 years after getting over her husband’s grief. This time she married Sanjay Dyma. But the star took two years to say ‘yes’ to this director for marriage. In personal life, the actress is currently happy with her husband and family.
