Srinivas says, “Sitting in a car for long periods of time can be tiring. The staff is trained to be friendly so that when guests continue their road trip, they are happy to take a break and have whatever refreshments they have. To cater to a cross-section of customers in terms of age, we have a pizza place, a fried chicken outlet, an international coffee outlet and a sweet shop. ”
