Hooghly Lok Sabha Trinamool candidate Rachna Banerjee, Uttarpara Trinamool MLA Kanchan Mallick and Srirampur Lok Sabha Trinamool candidate Kalyan Banerjee were splashed with posters. Outgoing Srirampur Lok Sabha MP and this time candidate Kalyan dropped Kanchan from his campaign car while campaigning on Thursday. Kalyan’s argument was that the women of the village were ‘reacting badly’ to Kanchan. Kanchan got down from Kalyan’s car without a word. But that did not prevent controversy. Again Kanchan Mallick was dropped from the car at Srirampur. BJP used to say that Trinamool has no respect for artists and writers. And now Trinamool people are informing that with posters. It is also clear from what is happening that they have no respect.

There is still no response from Kalyan in whose car there is so much fuss about Kanchan’s ride. However, there is a lot of heat in Hooghly with the posters of Chunchura.
