The European Parliament relies on investigations by member states’ own authorities to prevent espionage, an EU Parliament spokesman said in a statement.

Meanwhile, Belgian Prime Minister Crowe and Czech Republic Prime Minister Petar Fiala wrote in a letter that more coordination between EU member states is necessary to reduce the impact of Russia’s activities.
