According to the report, President Erdoğan spoke at an emergency Arab-Islamic joint summit in Saudi Arabia’s capital, Riyadh, on Saturday.
There, he said, Israeli ministers have admitted the presence of nuclear weapons and there should be an investigation into the matter. If nuclear bombs are smuggled beyond the control of the International Atomic Energy Agency, they must be disclosed.
President Erdoğan also said that Israel acts like a spoiled child of the Western countries and they are obliged to pay compensation for the damage caused by the Israeli administration.
Regarding the call for a cease-fire and lasting peace in the region, Erdogan said, “Once peace is established, we are ready to make all necessary efforts, including acting as a guarantor.”
This Turkish president said, Jerusalem is our red line. It is our desire that Jerusalem, known as the city of peace, and all the Palestinian lands return to their former glory.
Incidentally, an Israeli minister came under severe criticism for commenting that Israel might drop a nuclear bomb on the Gaza Strip. After this comment, Israel’s extreme right-wing political party, Otzma Yehudi Party, announced the dismissal of the minister from all cabinet meetings.
