Jordan drops emergency medical supplies from a plane into the besieged Gaza Strip. Members of the Jordanian Air Force provided emergency medical aid to the Jordanian Field Hospital in Gaza on Sunday midnight. Reuters reported this information about the king of Jordan and the state news agency.

Jordanian air force aircraft have provided emergency medical aid to field hospitals in Gaza, state news agency quoted a source in the Jordanian armed forces as saying. Hospitals were running out of medical equipment as aid was delayed in entering Gaza through Egypt’s Rafah border crossing. For this, the Jordanian Air Force has provided these medical equipment by air.

In an interview, King Abdullah of Jordan said that his country’s air force was able to send emergency medical and pharmaceutical support to the Jordanian field hospital in Gaza. It is his army’s responsibility to help the wounded in Gaza.

He said, Jordan will always stand by its Palestinian brothers as a strong supporter. However, the Israel Defense Forces have not yet commented on this matter.

Earlier, Jordan withdrew its ambassador from Israel to protest against the indiscriminate Israeli bombing of Gaza. At the same time, the country banned the Israeli ambassador appointed in Amman from entering Jordan.

In addition, on October 27, Jordan raised a resolution on behalf of 22 Arab countries in the United Nations General Assembly calling for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip. The proposal was later passed in the General Assembly session by a vote of 120-14.
