An American woman went to the doctor for IVF. However, the doctor used his own sperm to create the embryo. The incident happened 34 years ago in Idaho, USA. After so many years, the woman filed a case against that doctor. Now the doctor is in trouble.

The woman named Sharon Hayes is now 67 years old. In 1989, the woman found out that she could not conceive naturally. She went to Dr. David R. Claypool to conceive through IVF. In a lawsuit filed Oct. 25 in Washington Superior Court, Sharon alleges that during his treatment, he paid doctors large sums of money to test for good sperm quality. The doctor told him that he was looking for good quality sperm by collecting sperm from various college students. Finally a sample Sharon likes. But instead of that sample, the doctor uses his own sample to create the embryo.

A few years ago, Brianna, Sharon’s daughter, submitted her DNA sample to a website to find out about her genes and ancestry. That’s when the truth comes in front of him. Not only that, Briana found out that the woman had 16 other siblings in her area. Brianna didn’t take it well at all. Because of this, Briana’s relationship with her mother has also deteriorated.
After knowing all this, Sharon filed a case against the doctor. He alleged that the doctor cheated many women like him and took huge amount of money from women for his sperm.
