A case has been filed against ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’ winner YouTuber Elvish Yadav. An animal welfare officer named Gaurav Gupta has filed a case against him in Noida police station for partying with snake poison.

India Today reported that the Noida police raided a party on Thursday (November 2) night. Elvis organized this party with foreign women. 9 snakes including snake venom, five gokhras were recovered from the spot.

Police have arrested 5 people from the spot. Elvis’ name comes up during their interrogation. The arrested said that they used to supply snakes to the Big Boss OTT winners. However, Elvis was not present at the scene during the operation.

Another media reported that Elvis sold snake venom and drugs to foreign women.

Elvis gave a video message on the matter. He denied all the allegations. Elvish said – ‘I wake up and see, wrong news is being spread about me. I was arrested by the police. Had a rave party. I got poisoned with snake poison. Believe me, I have nothing to do with all this.’
