Howrah 3D Planetarium: Taramandal means the ‘Birla Planetarium’ of Kolkata to everyone from children to adults in Bengal. Science City Kolkata’s Taramandal is also quite good. But Birla or Science City Constellation is 2D Constellation. This time, the first 3D constellation of the country is also going to be launched in this state. This 3D constellation has been created by the Howrah Municipality at a cost of around 14 crore rupees. The show will run here in three languages ​​- Bengali, English and Hindi. A total of 10 shows will be played in this 3D constellation throughout the day.

When is the launch of 3D stars?
It is known that the doors of the 3D constellation will be opened for the general public from December 2. Although there are supposed to be 10 shows in a day, for now three ‘shows’ will be held at 3 pm, 4 pm and 5 pm. It was inaugurated on the occasion of Durga Puja by State Minister for Works and Urban Development Bobby Hakim. But due to some technical glitches the show could not be started for common people in this 3D constellation. After overcoming technical problems, Howrah’s 3D constellation will be launched from the first week of December.

What is the price of 3D Taramandal tickets?
3D Taramandal ticket price for adults is 120 taka and for children it will cost 70 taka. Domestic and foreign organizations are jointly working on the country’s first 3D constellation with 3D animation creation and other technical support.
