Two more deaths of dengue patients have been reported in the last 24 hours. With this, the number of dengue deaths in the country this year (Friday) reached half a century.
Apart from this, 125 people were admitted to the hospital in 24 hours due to dengue infection across the country. With this, the number of dengue patients admitted to the hospital increased to 1,514.

Among them, 1,174 people are under treatment in 50 government and private hospitals in Dhaka. 340 people are under treatment in different hospitals outside Dhaka.
According to the information of the Department of Health, from January 1 to September 23, a total of 13,000 people were admitted to the hospital due to dengue. Most of these patients were admitted in the first 23 days of this September. At this time, 6 thousand 819 people were admitted to the hospital. Apart from this, 3 thousand 521 people were admitted in August and 1 thousand 571 people were admitted in July. The first person died of dengue in June. 11 people died in August and 29 people died in 23 days of this September.
