Women’s Asia Cup: Bangladesh’s first opponent is Thailand

The Women’s Asia Cup will start from October 1. This year’s event is being held in Sylhet. Bangladesh will play as the defending champion.

The schedule of the tournament has been announced by the Asian Cricket Council. All the matches of the tournament will be played in two fields of Sylhet International Cricket Stadium.

Bangladesh will play their first match against Thailand. The match will start at 9 am Bangladesh time on October 1. 7 teams are participating in the Asia Cup this time. Host Bangladesh will play with India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand, United Arab Emirates.

Each team participating in the tournament will face each other once. Then the best four teams will play in the semi-finals.
