Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s ideas of state formation and the life philosophy he had for the country have been narrowed down. Such allegations have been made thousands of times over the past few decades. But it is alleged that no government before 2014 took the path of conciliation or acknowledgment of Netaji’s contribution in the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose controversy. However, no government has accepted this allegation. But, in the last few years, the Narendra Modi government has taken some initiatives around Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose that have naturally caught everyone’s attention. For this, from Netaji devotees to Netaji’s family and groups of people who have done research on him have also applauded Prime Minister Modi’s initiative.

On Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled the statue of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose at the inauguration of Duty Path. Speaking there, he said that all his works have the imprint of Netaji Subhash Chandra’s ideals and dreams. Jaharlal Nehru, i.e. the Congress, accused the party of trying to forget Netaji’s ideals after independence. He also said that all the work done by his government in the last eight years, all the decisions taken – everything has the imprint of Netaji’s ideals and dreams. He also said that if Subhash Chandra Bose’s ideals were followed, India could have progressed so far.

However, questions have started to arise around this statement of the Prime Minister. Many say that he used Gandhiji’s glasses in the logo of “Swachh Bharat Mission” a few days ago. Modi spoke about Gandhiji’s ideology by spinning yarn at Charka at Sabarmati Ashram. And this time he is also highlighting Netaji’s ideals and claiming that his government has followed the path and ideals of Subhash Bose the most. Critics also claim that there is a huge gap in logic and truth in the Prime Minister’s statement.

On the eve of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s 125th birth anniversary, Modi announced the installation of a huge granite statue of Netaji at India Gate. However, a hologram statue was placed there until the granite statue was being made. The prime minister also inaugurated the hologram statue on Netaji’s birth anniversary on January 23. The granite statue was supposed to be inaugurated by August 15. Again the hologram figure in the middle was not visible. The opposition did not stop taunting Prime Minister Modi. The opposition even accused the Modi government of being a fraud.

The granite statue of Netaji was finally inaugurated on Thursday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has already announced that in the post-independence era, wherever there is a trace of the rise of British imperialism, it should be filled with Swadeshiana. That is why Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government residence road has been renamed from Race Course to Lok Manya Marg. Recently a Navy Ensign was also burnt at Swadeshiyana Morka. Earlier the naval ensign had the emblem of St. George with the Indian flag as ensign. The Modi government considers it a sign of British rule. But many have compared Modi’s erasure of subjugation to a game. Therefore, Modi’s claim about Netaji is considered as a gimmick by many Netaji devotees and Netaji researchers.
