BNP leader Engineer Ishrak Hossain warned that if necessary to bring back democracy, the liberation war will be fought again. He gave this warning at the protest rally organized to protest the death of Jubo Dal workers in Narayanganj. He pointed out that we entered the field knowing that this kind of disappearances and murders will be carried out by the government, he said, “No matter how many cases of disappearances and murders are attacked, we will not back down”. Hussain said, ‘Their suffering is only suffering, and our suffering is not suffering’? He said, “If their people die, we will mourn for the whole month, but what will you answer to the fact that our leaders and workers are being killed like birds?” Is he not a citizen of Bangladesh? Not the people? Has he no right to protest?”
He said these things at a protest rally organized by Dhaka Metropolitan North-South BNP at the party’s central office in Nayapaltan on Saturday (September 03) afternoon.
Ishraq Hossain strongly criticized the statement of Awami League leaders whether he is really a Jubo Dal worker after he was shot dead by the police in Narayanganj. He said, ‘They have become so politically bankrupt that they are now questioning the political identity of the deceased Shaon. He warned the government and said, “If necessary, another war of liberation will be done to free this government from the power of illegal power”, as well as the people’s rights to the people, he also expressed his conviction to bring back democracy in the country.
