Auto driver died of heat stroke in Kaliganj of Lalmonirhat

An auto driver named Rashedul Islam (50) died of heat stroke while miking at a clinic in Kaliganj upazila of Lalmonirhat.
He died on Friday (April 26) afternoon at Chamter Hat market in Madati Union of the upazila.
Deceased Rashedul Islam is the son of deceased Badr Uddin of Khordd Bichandai village of Dauabari union of Hatibandha upazila. He used to work as a paper seller.
Locals said that on Friday morning, voter Golam Mritza went to Chamtar Hat market to mike the community clinic in an autorickshaw. He fell ill and died on the spot while going out for dinner at a hotel in Chamterhat area.
Mahbubur Rahman, UP member of Ward No. 5 of Dauabari Union Parishad, said that Rashedul Islam went to mike in the local Chamtar market in this intense heat. He died after having lunch there.
Dawabari Union Parishad Chairman Advocate Moshiur Rahman confirmed the truth and said that he fell ill due to extreme heat. Later he died of heat stroke there
Kaliganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Imtiaz Kabir said, I have come to know about the matter but inquiries are being made.
