Round table discussion on the thoughts of expatriates on the pension scheme in Qatar

Bangladesh Press Club Qatar organized a round table discussion on the thoughts of expatriates on the universal pension scheme of the Bangladesh government in Qatar.

The round table discussion was held in the hall room of Old Ganam Magistrate Hotel, Doha, the capital of Qatar, on Thursday night (April 25) local time.

The round table discussion was held under the chairmanship of the president of the organization Akbar Hossain Bachchu and senior vice president Anwar Hossain Mamun.

Mohammad Mashhudul Kabir, Labor Councilor of Bangladesh Embassy in Qatar was present as the chief guest in the event.

MA Salam, Kazi Mohammad Shamim, Sajal Malakar, Mosharraf Hossain Jani, Abul Kalam Faisal and others spoke among the journalists in the round table discussion.

Mahbubur Rahman Chowdhury Babu, Nurul Afsar Babul, Ahmed Malek, Alam Shah Talukdar, Abdul Quader, Badrul Islam, Zuber Khan, Maqbul Mia, Md also participated in the round table discussion. Shamsuddin, Kamrul Islam and others.

The speakers in the round table discussion said that the expatriates still do not have a good idea about the universal expatriate pension scheme of the Bangladesh government. Speakers felt that more campaigning on universal expatriate pension scheme is needed.
