BNP’s Dhaka Metropolitan South convener Abdus Salam said, the whole country is on fire today. Where is the government today? Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader is not in charge of Awami League, he is in charge of BNP. Obaidul Quader only focused on what BNP did, what Tarek Rahman did, what Khaleda Zia did. No one cares that people are dying on the roads every day. People’s problems will not be solved by keeping a kneeling government in power.
He said these things during the distribution of food water and saline as part of a series of programs organized by Dhaka Metropolitan South BNP at Paltan Police Station and Ward No. 13 (North-South) at Shantinagar Junction on Friday (April 26) at noon.
Salam said that there is a procession of bodies on the road today because the car is being driven by an unlicensed driver. Just like the road, the government without a certificate is in power today, the government without voters is in power today. They are in power today without popular vote. That is why the people’s demands and cries of suffering do not reach their ears today.

In the event, Dhaka Metropolitan South Member Secretary Rafiqul Alam Majnu said that the common people are in turmoil everywhere during the tenure of this illegal government. Life is not safe. There is no freedom of speech. Among them, public life is full of fierce competition. The unbridled words of the ministers are causing more suffering to the people.
