Private car driver dies of heatstroke in Panchgarh

A private car driver named Ahsan Ali alias Hasan (40) died of heatstroke in Debiganj of Panchgarh. On Thursday (April 25) at 6 pm, Ahsan Ali suffered from heatstroke at the pond of Kaliganj Sukatu Main High School in Dandpal Union of the upazila. He later died on the way to the hospital.

Ahsan Ali, who died of heatstroke, is the son of deceased Hasem Ali of Telipara area of ​​Deviduba union of upazila. He was a private car driver of an organization called M/s Sabu Tedders in Kaliganj Bazar.

According to local sources, on Thursday afternoon, Ahsan Ali took the car to the pond of Sukatu Main High School near Kaliganj Bazar to wash the private car. There he was cleaning the car and talking on the mobile phone. When he suddenly felt sick, Ahsan Ali asked the people around him to catch him and collapsed. Ahsan Ali died on the way to Debiganj Upazila Health Complex when locals rescued him and tried to heal him by pouring water on his head but failed.

Confirming the death due to heatstroke, Deviduba Union Parishad Chairman Paresh Chandra Roy said that a driver named Ahsan Ali suffered from heatstroke yesterday evening. He later died on the way to the hospital. His burial was completed this morning.
