Recommendations for prevention of accidents are- Launch of complete data bank of road accidents from primary sources by state initiative, development of smart public transport system, stopping import and registration of small vehicles like motorcycles and easy bikes, taking initiatives to create skilled drivers, providing vehicle fitness through digital system, night Mandatory wearing of reflective vests for cyclists and motorcyclists during the day, stopping street hawking, fixing the salary and working hours of drivers, providing adequate lighting on national and regional highways for night movement, eliminating black spots, conducting road safety audits, STAR quality To develop road corridors and prevent thousands of road deaths in the country by auditing the ongoing routine activities of the regulatory body BRTA to identify institutional weaknesses, reform institutional inefficiencies on an urgent basis.
