Unraveling the mystery of the sensational murder case in Teknaf

The police have been able to unravel the mystery of the sensational Clueless Easybike driver Mostak Mia’s murder case in Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar. Six people involved in this incident have been arrested. The arrested are – Farid Ahmed, TomTom buyer of Ukhia area, Master Mind Md. Abdur Rahim (19), Abdul Amin Putia (16), assistant Omar Farooq (24), Sadekur Rahman (21) and Nurul Amin (43). The information was confirmed by Teknaf Model Police Officer-in-Charge (OC) Muhammad Osman Gani on Thursday (April 25). He said that a police team led by him arrested the accused and seized evidence. They killed Mostak Mia to steal the Easybike. He also said that the mystery of this murder has been revealed with great importance. Additional Superintendent of Police, Ukhia Circle, led by the officer force conducted a breathtaking operation in various areas of the district, the master mind of this sensational clueless murder case. Abdur Rahim and Abdul Amin Putia were arrested. Later, according to the information given by them, the accused Omar Farooq, who directly and indirectly assisted in the sale of the victim’s TomTom car, was arrested. According to the investigation, on the day of the incident, the accused Abdur Rahim Teknaf took the tomtom of the victim Mostak Mia from the front of the upper market temple and took it to the side of Jagir’s house at the intersection of Aliabad 4th Ward No. 3 Road. Later, the accused Abdur Rahim first hit the victim on the head with an iron rod. When the victim fell on the ground in a bloody state, accused Abdur Rahim and Abdul Amin Putia, who were already there, dragged the victim to an empty field near the Kayukkhali canal. From there, they took it to the bank of the canal on their shoulders, filled it with mud in a plastic bag, tied it around the victim’s neck and threw the body into the water of the Kayukkhali canal. The body of Mostak Mia was recovered from there. He also said that all the arrested accused gave confessional statements in the learned court.
