Husband killed for trying to gift TV to nuns’ wedding

The custom of giving gifts at weddings dates back to ancient times. However, a husband died because he wanted to give a gift at the wedding. The wife is angry because she wanted to give a TV as a gift for her sister’s wedding. After that, he killed his husband by beating him. On Wednesday (April 24), the Indian media NDTV reported this information.

According to the report, Chandra Prakash Mishra wanted to gift a TV for his sister’s wedding. However, the matter was not taken well by Chandra’s wife and his family. As a result, they got angry and beat him to death. And the incident happened in Uttar Pradesh, India.

NDTV reported that Chandra’s sister’s wedding was scheduled for next Friday (April 26). That’s why he planned to gift gold ring and TV to sister. However, Chandra’s wife did not take the matter well.

According to the police, Chandra had a discussion with his wife about the matter. At one point, Chandra’s wife called her brother to teach her angry husband. He beat her for over an hour. Later his family members rescued him and took him to the hospital.

According to the doctor, Chandra died at the hospital due to internal bleeding and other injuries due to the beating.

The local police also said that five people including Chandra’s wife and his brother have been arrested in this incident. Besides, a case has been filed in this incident. The investigation will continue to know the details of the matter.
