Abu Saeed, cunning since childhood, was arrested on February 20, 2020 in a clinic in Gurdaspur while posing as an ACC officer for extortion and has been out of the area for the past 4 years. However, he is regularly seen in Facebook and Tiktok, sometimes in pilot’s clothes, sometimes in police clothes. Saeed has not come to meet his family in the last four years. However, at different times, many women came in search of Abu Saeed’s wife from far and wide. Last Eid-ul-Fitr, a woman named Khadija Akhtar Sabina, who claimed to be his wife, came from Tangail in search of Saeed.

In 2010, Abu Saeed married Rashti Begum of Maushi area of ​​Jamalpur. They have two sons. In 2012, Saeed married Riya, a musician from Rajshahi city. Saeed married Kavita of Chatmohar area in Pabna in 2012. He married his partner from Dhaka in 2013. Saeed married Tangail Sadar Upazila Khadija Akhter Sadia on August 10, 2022. The fifth wife Khadija Akhter Sabina said that she met Abu Saeed on Tiktok about two and a half years ago as a commercial pilot of Bangladesh Airlines. He then told that he had no parents and grew up in an orphanage. After that, we got married after paying 15 lakh taka-mohar. I run a beauty parlor and an NGO in Tangail Sadar. After marriage, Abu Saeed told me to give jobs to my two sisters and one niece. Saeed asked for 30 lakh rupees, we gave him that money. After a few days he took another 10 lakhs from me. After a few days, he gave the appointment letter to all the three and told them to join the service after three months.

He said, at one stage I will know Saeed’s real address and details about him. But Saeed understood that I knew everything. Even the letters of appointment given for the job were fake. Because of this Saeed ran away from my house. I haven’t tried to find him since then. In all these incidents, I filed a case in the name of Saeed in Tangail Women and Child Abuse Court. While searching for Saeed, I found his other four wives. I interacted with all of them. Saeed ran away with a huge amount of money after marriage from everyone.

A woman claiming to be Saeed’s fourth wife said, I work in an elite hotel in Cox’s Bazar. We met on Tiktok three years ago. He used to talk to me as an NSI official. Then we fell in love and got married. After marriage, he ran away with about 10 lakh taka accumulated by working. The mobile phone has been switched off since then. I haven’t found him till date.

Five other wives of Saeed said the same thing.

Saeed’s neighbor Masood Rana said that Saeed edited his photo in Photoshop and introduced the senior officials of various organizations and institutions including pilots, police, army, DB. He used to take pictures dressed as officials of various organizations and post them on Facebook and Tiktok. In this, beautiful girls fall into his love trap in a short time.

Saeed’s father Sohail Rana said, I can’t show my face for Saeed anywhere. Shame, sometimes I want to die. At different times girls from different places come in search of him and introduce themselves as the boy’s wife. But we have no contact with Saeed in the last four years. I married Saeed in the neighboring village. There are 2 children in that house. That girl has been waiting for a long time. But since Saeed did not come, Bouma has now gone to her father’s house.

In this regard, Gurdaspur Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md. Ujjwal Hossain said that legal action will be taken if the victims file a complaint.
