At the beginning of this month, Israel announced the withdrawal of its troops from the southern Palestinian city of Khan Yunis in Gaza. Then a mass grave was found in Naser Medical Complex in this city. So far, about 300 bodies have been recovered from this mass grave.

Colonel Yamen Abu Suleiman, Director of Civil Defense of Khan Yunis said, “73 dead bodies were recovered from the mass graves found in Naser Medical Complex on Monday. A total of 283 bodies were found in this mass grave.
He alleged that some dead bodies were found with their hands and feet tied and there were signs of hanging. It is not known whether they were buried alive or executed. But most of the dead bodies were decomposed.
Earlier, Khan Younis’ civil defense spokesman and head of the search mission, Raed Sakar, told CNN that they were searching for 400 missing people since the Israeli military withdrew its members on April 7.
CNN reached out to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) for comment, but did not receive a response.
