Bangladesh Jewelers Association (BAJUS) has reduced the price of gold in the country’s market. This time, Bajus reduced the price by 3 thousand 138 taka. So far in April, Bajus has raised Tk 5 thousand 190 four times. This time due to price reduction, the price of good quality i.e. 22 carat gold will be 1 lakh 16 thousand 290 taka. Which started effective from today afternoon. One lakh 19 thousand 428 rupees of Pratibhari gold was sold in the morning.

This information was informed in a press release signed by Masudur Rahman, chairman of the price determination and price monitoring standing committee of Bangladesh Jewelers Association (BAJUS) on Tuesday (April 23). According to Bajus, the price of acidic gold has decreased in the local market. The new price of gold has been fixed keeping in view the overall situation.

According to the new prices, the price of best quality or 22 carat (11.664 grams) gold is Tk 1 lakh 16 thousand 290, 21 carat gold is Tk 1 lakh 10 thousand 995, 18 carat Tk 95 thousand 143 and Sanatan. The price of system gold will be sold at 76 thousand 586 rupees.

The price of gold has been increased but the price of silver has been kept unchanged. According to the category, currently the price of 22 carat silver is 2 thousand 100 taka, 21 carat is 2 thousand 6 taka, 18 carat is 1715 taka and the price of traditional silver is 1 thousand 283 taka.

This morning the price of the best quality or 22 carat gold (11.664 grams) is Tk 1 lakh 19 thousand 428, 21 carat gold is Tk 1 lakh 14 thousand 4, 18 carat is Tk 97 thousand 709 and traditional method gold The price is sold at 78 thousand 662 taka.
