The extended five-day forecast said that rainfall may increase in the northeastern part of the country towards the end of this period.

Meteorologist Omar Farooq said that the temperature will increase slightly today and tomorrow on Wednesday. Temperatures may drop on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. But it is not significant. Temperatures will be close to present. After that, the temperature may be high again for three days. There will be heat waves throughout this month. Rainfall is likely in early May itself. Then the temperature will drop.

Meteorologists say that the average temperature in April this year has gone up in the country due to insufficient rainfall. Meteorologist Hafizur Rahman said that the difference between day and night temperature is decreasing due to non-rainfall. As a result, it is getting hot. The heat will subside only if there is heavy rain. There is no chance of heavy rainfall in the near term. Mainly there is no rainfall due to the absence of monsoon winds from the Bay of Bengal. Monsoon is delayed this year. So we may have to wait till June for heavy rainfall.
