A pedestrian named Alamgir Shikder (45) suddenly fell ill while walking on the road next to the Wari Gulistan Toll Plaza in the capital. Later, when he was rescued and taken to Dhaka Medical, the doctor declared him dead.

This incident happened on Tuesday (April 23) around 10 am.

Brother of the deceased. Rabiul Alam Shikder said that after receiving the news, they came to Dhaka Medical and saw the brother. He died due to heatstroke. Alamgir used to work in a press in Jatrabari’s Kajla area.

He also said that their house is in Nayanagar area of ​​Kajla West Shibir of Jatrabari. Father’s name is Zamir Shikdar. Alamgir has three sons and one daughter.

Dhaka Medical College Hospital police camp in-charge Bachchu Mia confirmed the death and said that the body has been kept in the morgue. The exact cause of death will be known after the autopsy. The matter has been informed to the concerned police station.
